Things people ask before they book.
Do you really come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We bring our own equipment to your home or workplace anywhere in the City of Kawartha Lakes and surrounding area. All you need is a parking spot with a bit of room to work.
How long does each service take?
A Basic Wash takes 30 to 45 minutes. An Interior Refresh runs about an hour to an hour and a half. A Full Detail is 2 to 3 hours. A Premium Deep Clean is 3 to 5 hours depending on vehicle condition.
What areas do you serve?
Lindsay, Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Coboconk, Omemee, Little Britain, Kinmount, Norland, Janetville, Dunsford, Burnt River, Peterborough and surrounding Kawartha Lakes communities. A small mobile fee may apply outside our local area — just ask.
Can you get salt stains out of my carpets?
Yes. Salt-stain removal is included in our Premium Deep Clean and available as an add-on to the Full Detail. We treat the stain and steam-extract the residue — most lift out completely.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes. Light coverage is included in Premium Deep Clean. Heavier pet hair is a $25 to $50 add-on depending on how embedded it is. We've handled everything from huskies to golden retrievers.
How do I pay?
e-Transfer, credit card or cash — payment is due after the service is complete and you're satisfied. Premium Deep Clean packages may require a small deposit at booking.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle and you're reachable by phone, you can carry on with your day. We'll text you when we wrap.
